Due to the custom nature of our apparel, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that do not fit, incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, or changes of mind.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or was decorated incorrectly due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue.
