Every item is custom-made specifically for your order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or design selections that were approved prior to production.

Please review all proofs, sizing charts, and order details carefully before approving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or correct the problem at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations:Orders may be changed or canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Color & Design Variations: While we strive to accurately represent garment and ink colors, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, garment dye lots, and the printing process. These minor variations are not considered defects.
